Currently the AI sorting of tasks into projects is very badly and the AI does not seem to learn from what I am entering.

For mathematical logical rules - e.g. email address = jane.doe@mycompany.com then project = myCompanyProject, could support the AI in doing a pretty good job already.

Also rules to not put tasks into certain projects, mark their priority…

Nothing against AI, when a mathematical rule can be applied, a rule set as base information is more effective.

    Hi Myrto! We hear you! Currently, AI will try to add tasks to the correct project and will keep on learning overtime, until then let's try to manually change or add projects if the AI is not able to do it right the first few times. :)
