Aki: Improve Voice Recording Button Usability with Tap-to-Start/Stop Interaction

The current hold-to-record button is awkward and hard to reach. Switching to a tap-to-start and tap-to-stop interaction would make recording much easier and more user-friendly.

    The mobile update rolling out with Release 2.81 makes voice capture easier: press and hold + briefly to start, then release your finger and continue speaking. Tap Send when you’re finished.

    This removes the need to hold the button throughout the recording.
