On sunsama you can set a work-limit for each day, including tasks and calendar appointments. If you already have too much on your plate, "ASAP" might put it on the next available date.

Louis Isaac. I loved this feature in Sunsama and really miss it. In fact, I just suggested the same for Akiflow. Join me and give it a like! It’s such a help to have a work-limit set and warnings provided when we accidentally over-schedule.

Stefania For what it's worth, for me, the ability to have something planned for This Week (and the wonderful touch of having that available to pull up from below rather than navigate away from Today) takes care of this. My needs may be different from others', but that's exactly what I needed!

Stefania Glad to! This most recent set of changes is fantastic. The flow brings in a bit of GTD, the Time Sector System, TimeStripe, and Time Blocking and puts them all together in a wonderfully intuitive way — which shouldn’t really be possible. 😂 WELL DONE!

As Christian stated, they are very different concepts.
ASAP
Meaning: As Soon As Possible / Tone: Urgent/high priority Implies: Do it now or very soon
Send me the file ASAP. - do it immediately
We need this fixed ASAP. - top priority
Someday
Meaning: At an unspecified time in the future / Tone: Low urgency / optional Implies: No timeline -could be never
I want to visit Japan someday. - no rush
We should redesign that someday. - not important now

Hi Everyone! We already have an option to set date as “Someday”. Did anyone try this? Please let us know what would “ASAP” be different compared to “Someday” we already support. Thanks
