Yes! if it could be by integration and by account. Like I have 2 Asana's attached and if each could come in labeled differently or if the label could come from the project that would be even better!

Would love this! I like Yann's idea of being able to use triggers. i.e task is from Asana and in project X > give Akiflow label Y.
Or task is from Todoist and is in project A > give Akiflow label B.

Hey Jeson P I think my ask wasn't clear, that's not what I am asking or confused about. I am requesting to automatically correlate specific To Do lists with specific projects. For example, if I have a list in To Do called "X", I want to be able to tell Akiflow to always add tasks in that list to a specific project, maybe also called "X" or something like "Y". The AI tries to do this, but sometimes misses some, and I think if there was a way to just tell it to automatically put everything in this list in this one project, it would also save on AI api call costs.

Hi Ferris we currently do not have this feature but it is easy to identify auto assigned projects :) If there is a star icon before the project name, it means that AI added it. You can also easily organize and clean your inbox by adding tasks to the someday page if you cannot plan them yet, so when all the MS To do tasks gets imported, you can bulk select and add them to the relevant project.
Other option would be to turn off the AI in the settings and turn it back on once you are done importing the tasks. Let me know!

Tim: Got it! We just released an AI related feature which will auto add projects to your imported tasks - The AI should learn and adapt to your workflow overtime.
Yes!!! My Asana projects are a one-to-one match for my Akiflow projects. Would love the ability to set the Aikflow project when I configure the project for import.

This would save me so much time! It seems like it could be part of the integration configuration. For example, when configuring import of any individual Asana project (which is already possible in Akiflow and has its own menu), have an "Auto-assign Label (now Project) section with a dropdown. Any task imported from that project would get that project assigned. Bonus points I could also configure assignment to a Section!
