Automatic inbox sorting with AI
Having an option to have inbox sorted automatically by entering a default user prompt or a custom prompt. This would save time and ensure that you focus on the most important tasks first.

Stefania one possible way it could work:
AI Learning Phase: When first setting up the AI-powered sorting, you might need to spend a little time training the system. During this phase, the AI will learn your preferences based on your actions such as moving tasks between labels/sections, deleting them, and marking them as higher or lower priority. The AI would learn from your behaviors and build a model of your task sorting preferences. (Would also be cool to visualize what the AI's model of YOU is!)
Automated Sorting: Once the learning phase is complete, the AI can then start automatically sorting new incoming tasks with a button. It could categorize tasks based on factors like which integration it came from, the content of the task, the details, and even the time of day it was added. Tasks would be sorted into labels that you've defined, such as "work", "personal", "urgent", "bills", etc.
Prioritization: Based on its learning, the AI could also help prioritize your tasks. For example, it could highlight tasks that it predicts you'll find important and deprioritize or even directly archive tasks for "Someday" it predicts you'll find unimportant.
Refinement Over Time: The AI's sorting and prioritization algorithms would continue to refine over time. If it misclassifies an task, you could manually correct it, and the AI would learn from this to improve its future predictions. This could be supplemented by periodic review prompts to validate its sorting decisions.
Personalized Prompts: In addition to general sorting, you could have custom prompts for specific tasks. For example, you could set up a rule that every time an email from your boss arrives with the word "urgent" in the subject, the AI automatically flags it, sends you a notification, and places it at the top of your inbox.
Contextual Understanding: Advanced AI could understand the context within the task content, enabling it to categorize tasks more accurately. For example, it might recognize that a task from a travel company containing flight details is related to an upcoming trip, or that an email containing phrases like "invoice attached" or "payment due" is likely a bill to be paid on a certain date.

Hi Dimitar! Can you please tell me more about how would you like this to work?
