Hello everyone, it would be great to be able to insert a list of tasks and have Akiflow automatically create a series of tasks instead of entering them manually one by one.
@Andrea Quartarone thanks for your feedback. When you say being able to insert a list of tasks, where are you inserting this list of tasks from? Can you give more details about the workflow you miss in Akiflow today.

Hi, sure. When I create a new task, for example in the inbox, but I actually already have 10 tasks written previously in a note for which I would like to create 10 separate tasks. Currently, Akiflow inserts them all into a single task, not recognizing the lines.

Got it, thanks. Did you try to paste the list of tasks to Aki Chat already? It can create multiple tasks at once if you paste a list to it.

You mean asking Aki to create a list of activities from those I copy there? I think it's much simpler to add them manually and have the system recognize them, like ClickUp, Todoist, or TickTick do, for example 👍🏻

Thanks Tadej, if you are part of the Team please report this feature to the technicians because it is very convenient. I have to "relocate" about 600 tasks from the previous app on Akiflow and I have a lot of work to do 🤣 . Thank you

Thanks Andrea, I am a Product Manager at Akiflow, so your feedback is noted, I was just trying to give you a workaround that works today.
You can also use any of our integrations if you have those tasks in ClickUp or any other integration we support. Or use Akiflow MCP and have AI do the migration of those 600 tasks for you. Let me know if you need any help with this and we can jump on a call.

The possibility of being able to compare myself with a product manager and set up a video call to discuss technical issues or updates is fantastic! Thank you
