Bug: MCP duplicated all tasks

All the duplicated tasks have the same internal ID. Claude via MCP was instructed to replan some tasks, and this seems to have immediately caused duplicates as seen in the Akiflow UI. I asked Aki, and it confirmed the corruption, but it said it could not help me delete the duplicates because it did not create them.

    @James Hare thanks for reporting this. To debug it properly, could you share a bit more detail?

    1. What exact prompt did you give Claude when this happened?

    2. Were the affected tasks recurring tasks, or normal one-off tasks?

    3. Do the duplicates still appear after fully restarting Akiflow, and do they appear on another device too?

    4. For one affected task, can you share the task title, planned date/time, and the “internal ID” you’re seeing duplicated?

    5. When you say all duplicates have the same internal ID, where are you seeing that ID?

    6. If you delete/move/complete one duplicate, does it affect only that one or all with the same ID?
