Hi everyone! I'll close this old request since we added filter to import only from specific folders/lists and there's a separate request to filter by statuses, which is planned.
Let me know if anything else is missing for you!
Thanks,
Stefania

I'd like to echo what Howard Kim said. Akiflow seems like a great tool, but until more granularity is added, it only creates more work.

Hi everyone, I'd love to hear which import options would help you work better with your ClickUp integration. Thanks for your help!

Stefania: Personally, we moved out of ClickUp and solely work with Notion these days.

Every business has a unique implementation of ClickUp, with different internal processes on how to interpret statuses, priority flags, due dates etc. For us, a task is considered "live" only when there is an assignee, a due date, and a priority flag. I can imagine skipping the Akiflow inbox for these "live" tasks since they have already been clarified. We have many tasks that have an assignee but might be missing a due date and/or priority. It's already challenging figuring out how to include Akiflow into an existing workflow of other software. So until there is more granularity, this integration is just creating more noise. But I'm guessing this will be developed in an iterative fashion.
