ClickUp Subtasks

Import subtasks from a ClickUp list without, or separate from, their parent tasks. They would then enter Akiflow as tasks, not subtasks. You can populate a list in ClickUp with just subtasks while their parent tasks are in a different list. I want to pull these subtasks into Akiflow as tasks in my inbox.

Any update on this? Heavy ClickUp user and just started with Akiflow. Option to sync subtasks is pretty critical.

      Hi Mike,

Thanks for following up! We understand how important syncing ClickUp subtasks is, especially for heavy users like you. We’ve relayed this request to our devs as a feature request, and while there’s no ETA yet, your input helps us prioritize it. We’ll be sure to update you if there’s any progress.

Would love to see this as well, every subtask needs to be assisned to me, and is added in Akiflow as a separate task..

I was going to create a request for this as well. I think the Clickup integration is slightly flawed in that you have to import each "space" individually and it doesn't allow a better selection of tasks to import. I have over 40 spaces in Clickup, when it imports the parent task and subtask my Akiflow inbox now has over 70 items. The point of Akiflow is to simplify time and task management, so this current set up actually makes me spend more time organizing it. Ideally, the Clickup integration could be configured to import all spaces subtask assigned to you. If there was a way to easily see and scrub through clickup spaces and tasks as well it would be much easier to pull in things to the calendar for planning.

Antonio Miguel: Great point! I’m optimistic that a more streamlined ClickUp integration will be on the roadmap soon—something to make importing and organizing tasks simpler and more efficient.
