Copying the time slot of an event
From Google's classic calendar interface, it is possible to copy the time slot of an event in order to quickly paste it into an email, for instance.
This is very useful when one wants to write a message to propose a series of availabilities to a contact person.

Hi Federico! Are you using/are you aware of our share availability feature? https://how-to-use-guide.akiflow.com/share-availability

Stefania Hi Stefania, unfortunately the 'share avaiability' feature does not allow you to block eventu slots on the calendar: the slots are free.
In my company, it happens to me using your functionality that many of the slots I share are subsequently occupied by other colleagues who see them free…
So the solution can be one of two types:
like Calendly which, when a user uses the 'one off meeting' function, protects the availability of the calendar until the invitee chooses the preferred option
you manually block the slots by creating more events, but you have, for convenience, the possibility of copying the availabilities to paste them into an invitation email

Federico: Hi Federico, thanks for explaining!
When you say "the slots I share are subsequently occupied by other colleagues" do you mean that you would just like to have free time between slots?

StefaniaNo. What I mean is that, because Akiflow does not reserve the slots I choose for Share Avaiabity, it happens that, when anyone from my organisation looks for space on my agenda to schedule a meeting, they see exactly those slots I had chosen free and can occupy them even if I wanted to allocate them to Share Avaiability.
