Stefania: I think the idea is that the progress would be shown based on the number of tasks with a certain label or tag. That said, I also think there should be sub-tasks. Some tasks fit into a slot but also have several moving parts. Currently, the only workaround is using a checklist, which means that larger projects sit on the task list for a very long time. That can be very demoralizing. If you could see the checklist from the description, that would make also it easier to see the project progressing projects over time. Plus, it would help track projects over time in a way that's more intuitive than with all the disparate tasks falling into broader slots.
