Kanban View Option for Akiflow

Introduce a Kanban view option in Akiflow, allowing users to switch from the standard calendar view to a more visual task management layout. This feature would enable users to organize tasks by stages, such as "To Do," "In Progress," and "Completed," providing a more intuitive, drag-and-drop experience for managing tasks. The Kanban view would be particularly useful for individuals managing multiple projects, helping them track progress and prioritize tasks more efficiently.

Kanban is much more visual to me to see by priority, project or status. I use it every day as default in other tools and I miss it from Akiflow.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Rebecca! We understand how a Kanban view can be very helpful for visualizing tasks by priority, project, or status. While we don’t have an ETA for this feature yet, I wanted to suggest a workaround:

You can use tags and projects to organize your tasks by priority or status. It will filter or list all tasks assigned to specific projects and tags to get a view that’s somewhat similar to Kanban for tracking your workflow.

We’ve shared your input with the product team as they continue to prioritize improvements.
