Es wäre cool Regeln für die KI Aufgabenplanung zustellen. Ich arbeite sehr mit Projects und unterscheide meine Aufgaben in Privat, Büro, Haushalt usw. Es wäre sicherlich hilfreich wenn man Regeln aufstellen kann wie "alle Büro Aufgaben nur an Werktagen planen" oder zum Beispiel "Haushalt nur am Abend unter der Woche oder am Wochenende den ganzen Tag". Das würde die ganze KI Planung und Automatisierung einen grossen Schritt voranbringen und mich produktiver machen, da ich keine Zeit verliere.

    Hi Rosario Leanza That’s a really good suggestion! Right now, what you can try is organizing your tasks under "projects" (for example, create one called Work and another called Personal/Household). Since Aki can detect projects, you’ll then be able to build workflows that schedule tasks from those projects into your calendar automatically.

    For example, you could set a workflow like:

    "All Work tasks scheduled between X and Y hours on weekdays"

    "All Personal/Household tasks scheduled in the evenings or weekends"

    This way, Aki will already help you separate and auto-schedule tasks by context without you needing to place each one manually.
