Manual "Start of Week" setting for Mobile App
I want to be able to manually set the "start of the week" in the Android app, or have it follow my Google Calendar/Desktop settings. Currently, it follows the phone's system language (English US), which defaults to Sunday, even though I want it to start on Monday. My phone language shouldn't dictate my calendar layout.

@Kibet Kipkemoi can you please open Akiflow desktop app and go to settings → Appearance and share a screenshot of your settings for view options?

There you go, Tadej. It is set to Monday but on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra) it the calendar will show Sunday as the start of the week.
I discovered I can make it start on Monday on the phone if I set my phone language to English (Netherlands) instead of English (US).
This change seems to have been introduced in the last month or two as before I didn't have this issue with the akilfow mobile app. My phone has been set to English (US) for multiple years.

Okay, I see that I have missed something; there is an option to explicitly set it to Monday (instead of defaulting to Monday).
I tried it, and it works on the mobile app as well even when I have my phone on English (US).
I guess that was the change that happened or something. Thank you!

Would have been nice if these settigns were avaialble on the mobile app itself.

Thanks @Kibet. I’m happy that this works for you now. Having the same option on both platforms can bring more confusion because then its hard to define which is the “source of truth” and when should cross-platform settings sync work, etc, but we will explore the option now that we know what the problem was.
