MCP tools to manage folders, projects, sections and tags

The Akiflow MCP can create, edit, move and complete tasks, and it can create and rename sections and tags. It cannot touch the structure those tasks live in. Today an assistant cannot:

• create, rename, move, reorder or delete a folder

• create, rename, delete a project, or move it into or out of a folder (including Archives)

• move a section to another project, or delete one

• delete or merge a tag

Every one of those is a drag or a right-click in the app, so a reorganisation an assistant has planned has to be finished by hand. Requested: MCP tools for create, rename, move and delete on folders, projects, sections and tags, plus merge on tags. Project colour and emoji would be nice but are secondary.
