I'm currently testing Akiflow, and everything is working well. I'd like to use it, but the lack of integration with Microsoft Planner is a dealbreaker for me.

Erik Zwep: Thanks for the feedback! Glad to hear Akiflow’s working well for you so far. I totally get that Microsoft Planner integration is important—We'll make sure it’s on the radar for future updates!

Now with the new Planner coming into focus, my Microsoft 365 centric company will be using it more and more. Bumping this request.

Any update on this? Just started with Akiflow and this would be an outstanding feature, given that Copilot facilitator in Teams meetings pushes tasks into Planner. If these tasks synced with Akiflow it would be powerful. I’m guessing many others would benefit from this as well.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for sharing this! We agree—it would be a powerful workflow if tasks from Teams/Copilot could sync directly into Akiflow. I’ve added your vote and feedback to our internal feature request so our product team can review it. We’ll keep an eye on demand and circle back if there are updates or a roadmap timeline.

Is there any update on the priority of this? As mentioned, it should not be difficult to adjust. The app Morgen can already sync this (two-way). As far as I can see, only the scope of the integration needs to be adjusted by also syncing the "Assigned to me" / "Delegated to me" tasks from MS Planner that are visible in MS To-Do, and there is no need to create a new integration.

Erik Zwep: Thanks for following up! We prioritize features based on demand and votes on specific requests, and unfortunately this one hasn’t risen to the top just yet. That said, as soon as it gets more traction and attention, it’ll definitely be reviewed by the team. Appreciate you sharing the comparison with Morgenit helps us understand the use case better too!

Now that Planner/Project/Todo are integrated and becoming more so then surely it doesn't make sense to have an integration with one and not the other…and love it or hate it some of us stuck in the MS ecosystem don't have a choice…pretty please

I trialled the Akiflow product but without integration with MS Planner, it's of no value to me. Let me know if this feature becomes available, and I'll come and try it again!

I don't think it should be hard to add the MS Planner tasks that also appear in MS TO-DO to Akiflow. I'm currently testing with, ahem, Morgen, and it works straight out of the box there.

I was SUPER excited about the two-way MS To Do integration until I saw this. All of my To Do tasks are "assigned to me" from Planner. It's a 100% no-go for me without that. My whole point is to connect three different work accounts that are all Planner dependent just so I can get everything in one to-do list.

Marci Turner: I hear you! That definitely makes sense—if most of your tasks come from Planner and aren’t syncing properly, it’s a big limitation. The goal of integrating everything into one to-do list is super important, especially when juggling multiple work accounts.
A better handling of "assigned to me" tasks from Planner could be a game-changer for many users. Really appreciate you flagging this!
