@Allen this setting is synced with Mobile app, so if you change it on Desktop app it will automatically show the same on Mobile app as well. We do not plan to have separate settings for this on Mobile app because it can introduce a lot of syncing issues if setting is different between platforms/apps.

Allen Your mobile's week view mirrors your desktop settings. You may set this by going to Settings > Calendar > View Options > Week Starts On
