On the iPhone app it would be great to have the ability to Pinch to zoom in and out the scale on vertical scale. (Like how the Apple iPhone Calendar app does.) That way you have the option of seeing more hours in the day.

Stefania Amazing stuff. Works good, but some feedback from a little test:
1 - swiping days left-right is a little bit too stiff, sometimes it rubber-bands back despite pretty high-inertia swipe. Perhaps ease it a little bit. This is very noticeable when trying to re-plan task on next day
2 - Done box for tasks is very small, initially i though it was not designed to be used at all. Perhaps for mobile-only make it larger?
3 - when task is long, naturally we press in the middle of it, but task follows finger instantly. I (personally) expect task to "lift" but stay at it's current time and allow me to adjust it up-down.
