More robust internal team availability based on working hours

It would be nice to see team availability ("all working hours") when using the calendar features without explicitly sharing a booking link. So when I select a colleague I see the working hours of that colleague highlighted in the calendar grid. The availability blocks shouldn't (visually) be blocks, more like highlights.

Even better would be more configurable "working hours" that can handle more complex configuration like having a free day every two weeks and having every Monday morning off.

Adding a "in office", "out of office" and "working from home" to these slots would be the cherry on top.

    Hi Maikel Mast! Thank you for this. I just want to check if this request is after you trying our Pin Team Members and Meet With features that allows you to see other people's calendars, right?

      Hi Jeson P! That's right. It's currently hard to see the hours some one should be available (days off/flexible working hours). Its up to the teammembers to fill in the calendar correctly, but there isn't an easy way to globally gonfigure this. I don't know if it's feasible or maybe even solvable with current tools.
