Option to set "no duration" as default for tasks
When creating tasks, I would prefer them not having a default duration.
The tasks I create are often not yet fully scoped, so they might be stuff like "move things into the basement" or "plan weekend "trip".
None of these would be great with a default of 15m, 1h or more. I personally would prefer having the option to not set anything as default, so that I have to set the duration myself in the inbox.

iOS App: Unable to set task duration below 5 minutes or 'no time'
The customer, Kishor, reported a feature gap in the Akiflow iOS application. When creating a task on the iPhone app, there is no option to set the default task duration to less than 5 minutes or to assign 'no time' at all; the minimum duration is fixed at 5 minutes. This functionality is available in the desktop application, allowing tasks to be created without a default time duration, which creates an inconsistency between platforms. The customer escalated the issue, emphasizing its impact on their workflow.

Align mobile task creation behavior with web version (no default duration until scheduled)
Currently, when creating a task on mobile using the “Create” button, it automatically assigns a 30-minute duration by default.
On the web app, however, tasks don’t have a duration until they are dragged onto the calendar at which point the default duration is applied.
It would be great if the mobile app behaved the same way for consistency across platforms.

HI @fFabian Terstegen When creating tasks in the inbox, they should already default to no duration so you can process them later based on how long you’d like to spend on each task. This way, you have full control over setting durations only when you’re ready. The only time the default task duration you set on your settings apply when you move tasks without duration into your calendar or when you create new tasks directly to the calendar.

Support Based on your answer I tested again.
So that is true for the web app. But the Android app will somehow always put the duration in the task. I tested creating a task normally via the app or via the widget.
The duration button, when tapped shows the selector for the duration (hours, minutes scroll wheels) and a remove button.
For me, when I press "remove" there, the duration either remains the value it was before (15 minutes) or is set to 5 minutes.
I hope I am not imagining this, thanks for your reply.
