Preserve Untimed State for Recurring Tasks When Planned in Akiflo
When an untimed recurring task from Todoist is added to an Akiflow slot, it should not automatically set that time for all future recurrences. The task should remain untimed unless the user explicitly chooses to set a time for all occurrences.

I’ve used Akiflow for almost two years, and slots never set time on my recurring tasks’ future occurrences. It worked like it should have until three or so months ago. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to “fix” what wasn’t broken. Unfortunately, for me, Akiflow has become an unnecessary middleman now. Please let me know if this is how it will continue to work going forward so I can decide how I’ll proceed.

Hi Jamal, thanks for sharing this suggestion. At the moment, untimed recurring tasks don’t keep their “untimed” state after being scheduled, since Time Slots assign a specific time by design. We’ll forward this to the team for consideration in the future improvements.
