Private & Public Tasks for Teams

Hi Akiflow Team,

It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to create private tasks for specific team members. Here’s how it could work:

•   A private task is only visible to the creator and the assignee.•   Both the creator and assignee would have full control over the task.•   No one else on the team would be able to see it.

In addition, it would be great to have the option to create public tasks:

•   Public tasks are visible to everyone on the team.•   Any team member could grab a public task from a shared pool and pull it into their own task list.•   Ideally, the task creator (and/or the assignee) could toggle a setting to make the task either public or private.

This flexibility would give teams much more control over task visibility and ownership while also encouraging collaboration through shared public tasks.
