Adjustable column widths in Daily Planning, Weekly Planning and Upcoming

Allow users to adjust column widths in Daily Planning, Weekly Planning and Upcoming so long task titles are easier to read while planning and moving tasks between columns. In Daily Planning, columns such as Inbox, Today, This Week and This Month can cut off task names even on a wide screen. Josh currently has to hover over tasks to read the full title or link, which interrupts drag-and-drop planning. Mark reports the same need in the macOS desktop app across Daily Planning, Weekly Planning/review and Upcoming: he wants to see enough of each task name to identify it and retain context while dragging it into another column, without opening each task. Related ideas raised by Josh, preserved for consideration: wrapping long titles, collapsing unneeded columns, and adding a column such as Next Month. These are additional suggestions, not an agreed implementation scope.

Resizable columns in Daily & Weekly Planning and Upcoming views

Ability to resize columns in Daily & Weekly Planning and Upcoming views (MacOS Desktop App)

Allow resizing columns in the MacOS desktop app's Daily & Weekly Planning and Upcoming views. Task names are often longer than the column width, so the full name is not visible unless the task is clicked. This would be especially useful in weekly review, daily planning, and upcoming views for columns like Inbox, Today, and pretty much any column, so that when dragging a task into another column the full name is visible for full context. Currently none of the columns are adjustable.

Thanks for the suggestion! Could you share a specific example of how you’d like to resize the columns? For instance, would you want the “Tasks” column to be wider than “Notes,” or adjust based on priority or time blocks?
