Reusable Stacks!
Not sure if this would make more sense as a ritual, but it would be nice to have a flexible "routine" of tasks that I could add to the calendar as needed. Some examples of how I would envision using this functionality…
Cleaning Routine
Weekly Reset
Bill Pay Routine
etc.

Thanks for this idea Richard. For clarity, do you plan to use time slots to schedule tasks on your calendar, or would you prefer a task template with preset details that you can drag onto the calendar? Let me know!

Jeson P Hi Jeson - Exactly that - a “Time Slot Template” that I can drag into the calendar, that is already setup with a duration, a project association, potentially with some tasks in it - such that when I drag it onto the timeline, It creates those tasks.
It might be that I just want the window of time (with no tasks within) as a template - so again its duration, and project and so on are set.
Take the gym as an example - say I know I need to allow 1.5hours for this activity, and that in my week I know I want to allocate a slot to the gym, but my schedule doesn’t allow me to say “Every Friday morning at 0900 I go to the Gym”
I can then drag the “Gym TimeSlot Template” - preset with the 1.5hour duration, onto my diary to allocate it for each week.
Rather than every time I create a new one I need to set everything.
And to have a “library” of these templated timeslots available when I do my weekly planning I can see them there ready to put into the coming week, reminding me that I need to fit these things into my schedule somewhere.

Richard: Hi Richard, thanks for explaining!
How do you currently create time slots? Dragging the project from the menu to the calendar allows you to create a time slot with a title and a project assigned in a second, with your default time slot duration (I know this might change, but you can set it up in Settings > Time Slot)

Hi Samantha, thanks for your feedback. Can you tell me more about this? Do you think of this like template-tasks you can add to your calendar or recurring tasks?
