Scheduled tasks missing from upcoming view

I’m not sure if this is intended but I find it very confusing that for example a task that I have scheduled for tomorrow is not shown in the “this week” tab of the “upcoming” page. In fact all tasks that I schedule for a specific day completely vanish from the “upcoming” page which kinda defeats it’s purpose because I want and would expect to see a comprehensive list of everything that is upcoming there.

Hi Hanko, I’m Tadej PM at Akiflow. Santiago already explained how Upcoming currently works, but I’d like to better understand your workflow here.

When you open Upcoming, are you mainly trying to review everything coming up across all future dates, including already scheduled tasks, or are you using it to decide what still needs to be planned?

      Hi Tadej,

for the most part I want to just schedule the things that still need to be planned (which the existing system works great for) but sometimes like once every few days I want to have a look at everything that is coming up to get a grasp of the bigger picture (to see what might need preparation, where work is piling up and might need to be moved and to see what’s currently not on my radar).

Currently the only way to do that and see all tasks at once is the “all tasks” tab but it’s impossible to get anything out of this endless list of unsorted tasks without starting to filter.

In case this is actually intended behaviour, could you at least make it an optional setting to show scheduled tasks in upcoming view?
