'Sent to Akiflow' on Outlook Email

Hello. It would be great to have a way to see when an Outlook email has already been sent to Akiflow. I’ve accidentally created duplicate tasks because I forgot that I had previously sent the same email to Akiflow. Having a clear indicator in Outlook would help prevent duplicates and make the workflow much smoother.

    Hi Dezarey! Thanks for sharing this suggestion. Could you let us know which integration you’re referring to when sending items to Akiflow? For example, is this happening with Gmail, Outlook, or another integration? Any additional details about your workflow would help us better understand the request.
