Agreed! I rely so much on Calendly for the different types of meetings I need scheduled. A few of the specific features I use most:
set days/times when this type of meeting can occur
set limit of number of bookings of this type per day
option to include buffer time before/after (and auto schedule 15 min buffer time on the calendar when event is booked)
option to customize the email confirmation
option to send a reminder email prior to the event
ability for guest to include additional emails on the invite
ability for guest to add a note when booking

Yes this really is a must, Google Appointments works the same way which is what I'm currently using. Next step would be to accept Payments as part of the booking but one step at a time!
