Share Availability: See my coworkers calendar and invite them to the event

Nearly all of my meetings are with more than only one colleague, so I really wish for some kind of meeting polling, like doodle for example. Share Availability is a great feature, but I need to coordinate my availability with 3 or 4 persons at once.
