Shortcuts overalapping with Windows

As a frequent user of Microsoft products, I've become accustomed to using 'Ctrl + Y' for undo and 'Ctrl + S' for save. However, I've noticed that your application also utilizes these same keyboard shortcuts, which can cause interference with my workflow.

While I can certainly change these shortcuts myself, I wanted to suggest that it would be more convenient and user-friendly if you could avoid assigning them in this way in the first place. By making a small adjustment to the keyboard shortcuts within your application, you could improve the overall user experience and help streamline productivity for your users.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.

Hi Sawang, thank you so much for your feedback, we'll consider changing these default shortcuts.

I wanted to confirm that you can turn off or change the 'Ctrl + Y' shortcut by going to Settings > Shortcuts > Tray Menu.

Please let me know if there's any other shortcut missing or that we could improve!

      Stefania: Dear Stefania,

As Sawang mentioned, this is also a problem for me.

I turned it off in the settings, but every time I update the software, it resets again.

Could it be that this setting is not lost with the new software version?

      Best, Lajos

Lajos Cselle: Hi Lajos, let me know if the setting reset itself again, it should not happen anymore. Thank you!
