Timeslot Templates with Automated Task Creation
Introduce timeslot templates that enable users to save predefined templates for recurring or common timeslots. When a template is applied, it will automatically create a task based on the saved settings, including title, description, duration, and other details.

Hey Jared!
Thanks for sharing this idea! That’s a really interesting use case—timeslot templates with automatic task creation would definitely make recurring planning much faster and more consistent. Our devs are totally aware of this request for future consideration!

This would save a lot of time. Being able to just pick a custom time slot template to create multiple tasks. I currently do this manually for research projects (creating 10 tasks per project)

I second that big time;
Common case as a content writer: 'Write Social Media Post'
Have common tasks, such as research/write/choose hashtags.
Or for personal time-slots where there are specific routine errands being done.

Jeson P even better if aki gets smart enough to automate this part & just create it automatically, for example:
hi aki, create a time-slot for twitter content writing as per my usual (cue for aki to check past events)
hi aki, create a time-slot for twitter content writing as per standard (cue for aki to use a specific named template)
I think this bakes in well with aki's UI/methodology; for example:
1) user drags project into specific day/time => creates a time slot
2) click on …/all actions/shortcut key for template and a menu pop-up show with saved templates for that specific project
There are many ways to go about it depeneding on how designers/engineers envision this:
1) can be general template (e.g. similar to clickup where a template can include views, details, custom fields, etc.)
2) can be restricted to current aki hierarchy (folder > projects > sections > tasks) so that a template is subject to a single project, or
Honestly, at this stage, aki is quite polished and is in desperate need IMHO to templates and ways to optimize/automate common repeated actions
