Provide each user with a unique Akiflow email address that allows tasks to be created by forwarding or sending emails—without requiring Gmail or Outlook integration.
I have apple mail and use Spark Mail as my email client, and have no easy way of marking an email that i need to reply to later to show up in Akiflow like I do with my gmail accounts. Having the ability to just “forward” an email to aki@akiflow.com would be really simple and would be nice to not have to reinvent a whole new workflow workaround (like setting up Spark→ Todoist → Akiflow ….. that’s terrible.)

Thanks for your feedback, Aric! We understand how forwarding emails directly to aki@akiflow.com would simplify workflows, especially for non-Gmail clients like Apple Mail or Spark. For now, this only works with accounts already connected with your Akiflow (Gmail/Outlook), you may check this under AI Center.
We’ve noted this suggestion for future consideration to make email task capture outside Gmail & Outlook more seamless.
