Weekly Review by project
The way I personnaly like to proceed
Review the projects one by one, add tasks, mark priorities, plan the weeks or day
Then only I run the weelly planning command, otherwise it is a just of long cluster of tasks and it's hard to make sense of eveything

I would like this idea so it’s less like going through a pile of papers and more like working toward a focused goal

Hi Julie, that’s a great suggestion. I like the project-by-project weekly review flow before planning. We don’t support that structured step yet, but for now tasks are organized across Inbox, This Week, This Month, and Someday regardless of which project they belong to as long as they’re unscheduled or added on any of those list, prioritize them first then plan but I understand how cumbersome the current set up is. Appreciate you sharing this really helpful feedback.
