Nunzio: Hmm. This feels like it's trying to replicate a calendar view without events. Why don't you guys just integrate all-day tasks in the regular calendar view at the top where all day events go? This way you don't really need this separate view. Personally, the existing "Planned" view you already have under "All Tasks" works for me.

Nunzio: Also, if you're going to implement a Kanban view, it might make more sense to make it a true Kanban with columns such as In Progress, Completed, Blocked, etc. similar to how TickTick or other kanban boards do.

Yalin: Do you feel like we better use the bottom of the calendar to show this view instead? Once we have a kanban board, it'll be much easier to add different kanbans columns views :)

Yalin: The problem is that many users have a lot of tasks in 'today' with not time assigned and the top part would be too big and moving the calendar down

Yep super keen on this! In Asana I use Today, This Week, Next Week, Later. It would be great to mirror this in Akiflow.

Would it be possible to toggle events to show in this view as well? I realise you could just use standard cal view for this, but I'd find it handy viewing events this way with unscheduled tasks as well.

Stefania: Personally I'd prefer a Kanban view of the planned tasks (dropping the calendar from this view) for planning purposes. Or at least the option to do so - long lists get difficult to cognitively digest. This is still a great feature addition though and welcome!
