Hi Rain, to have the Youtube video title as the task title in Akiflow you need to use the Capture feature on the Youtube title, not the link. Here I selected the video title, I copied it, opened the command bar and hit enter. Let me know if everything is clear!

Hi, Rain. Have you already tried our capture feature? You can:
Select the youtube video title and copy it to the clipboard (Ctrl/Cmd + C).
Now open the Command Bar and you'll see the Capture feature (screenshot attached), The video title will be already set as task title.
Hit ENTER to send it to your Inbox.

Rain: Hi Rain, thanks, in the meantime you can just use Ctrl + v to paste it as task title:)
