Zoom Integration: Customizable Meeting Invite for Zoom in Booking Links

Allow customization of the meeting invite sent to people who book through the Akiflow link. Specifically, users would like the option to include their Zoom Personal Meeting ID (PMI) without needing to link Akiflow directly to Zoom. Currently, there’s no easy way to edit the invite content.

    It would be really helpful if we could add an option to use our own Zoom link when using the Zoom feature. Right now, I need to use the full Zoom integration, but my IT team is very strict about what gets approved.

    Hi Sharad!

    Thanks for reaching out about this. You can actually add your Zoom Personal Meeting ID (PMI) in the meeting invite by updating the location when setting up your availability. Just click on “More settings,” then under Location, choose “In-person.” From there, you can paste the link for your Zoom PMI directly. Give it a try, and let me know if it does the trick for you!
