Support native Windows window management for improved snapping and size memory

It would be a huge improvement if the Akiflow desktop app used the native Windows windowing system, rather than a custom one. This would allow:

-Native snap layouts (as shown in the screenshot)

-Better multi-monitor support

-Remembering window size and position accurately after closing and reopening the app

-Compatibility with tools like PowerToys FancyZones or other native OS-level features

Currently, the app doesn't fully integrate with these, which breaks some workflows and makes multitasking less smooth.

    Persist Desktop App Window Size and Position

    Please enable the desktop app to remember the window’s size and location as set by the user, and reopen in the same position on restart. It’s frustrating to have to manually readjust both the size and placement of the window every time the app restarts.
