Scalable Asana Integration
We'd like the option to import "all tasks assigned to you" in the Asana integration. Because at the moment, when you create a new project and delegate tasks, they don't appear in your Akiflow inbox, because you have to add the project manually first. This isn't doable if you work with a delivery team, because you lose a lot of tasks in the process.
If you could import all tasks assigned to you, without having to add each project individually, this would be a game changer for ALLE AGENCIES (and probably more companies) using Akiflow and Asana.

Sync All Assigned Tasks from Asana (Across All Projects)
Currently, task syncing only works for specific projects, which creates a major limitation when working in dynamic environments where new projects are constantly being created.
I’d like the ability to automatically sync all tasks assigned to me in Asana, regardless of which project they belong to. Right now, having to manually add or track each new project is inefficient and leads to missed tasks.

I come check this board every so often just to see if Akiflow has figured this out yet. It seems they still haven't.
The approach Sunsama takes works well. The "My Tasks" project in Asana is structurally very similar to a traditional project from an API standpoint.
Sunsama allows you to connect and pull tasks straight from your My Tasks project. Akiflow should implement something similar.

Skyler: Thanks for checking back in and sharing your thoughts! We hear you on this Sunsama’s approach with Asana’s My Tasks is definitely convenient. While Akiflow doesn’t currently pull tasks directly from My Tasks, we’ll definitely look into it, and once the team starts working on this, we’ll let you know!
