Manually add custom link for conference calls

I'd like to manually add a link to an event on the conference call field.

Events: Support for Custom Conferencing Links

It would be very helpful to have the ability to add and use custom conferencing links in Akiflow events. For example, I use Riverside to record my podcast and send out a static link to my studio. Currently, Akiflow only supports integrated providers, but adding custom links (similar to how Notion Calendar does) would make scheduling more flexible.

My company uses Cosmos so this would be useful for me too. Notion calendar has a feature for this as an example:

Jair: Thanks for sharing your feedback! While we haven’t implemented direct support for Cosmos yet, we understand how valuable this feature would be.

As a workaround, you can set the event with no meeting platform selected and include the meeting link in the event description. Just add a label like "Meeting link:" for clarity. This way, you can still organize your links effectively in the meantime.

Once we start working on Cosmos integration, we’ll keep you updated ASAP. Feel free to share any other suggestions you might have!

Yesss, this. One of GCal's most annoying limitations is that you can't add an existing meeting to a calendar event as a conference call. Any app that could fix that would be a winner in my book.

+1. As someone who can't use Zoom's plugin for the my org's enterprise plan, I have to go to Google Calendar to create events and create Zoom links there.

This would be excellent - for Vowel, Around and a phone number please!
