Jeson P I know for certain using the einsenhower matrix is much more effective that using "Goal", "!!!", "!!", or "!".

Implementing an Eisenhower Matrix feature would be fantastic!

Yes, I would love to be able to prioritise daily tasks using an eisenhower matrix - maybe some sort of popup where we can drag our daily tasks into different containers of the matrix?

I would die for this feature!! I literally can not fathom why only TickTick has it effectively implemented.
It is such an efficient and visual way of organizing and triaging tasks on demand. At any time you can simply drag and drop tasks to re-prioritize, and you see all of them at one view, or at least the most urgent / relevant (either deadline, task age, project hierarchy) 5 for each quadrant.
Would be a crazy game changer!

Brian Rohde: Love the enthusiasm! We agree this would be a game changer. It’s not on our immediate roadmap yet, but I’ll reshare your feedback with the team to keep it top of mind.

This would be awesome. Being able to sort your task view to see the "Important and Urgent" and "Urgent Not Important" would be great.
Inspired by Stephen Covey’s Habit 3 and the Eisenhower Matrix, effective productivity comes from focusing on tasks that are both important and urgent and managing the rest wisely.
A visual integration of the task list within a prioritization matrix would help users clearly see and organize their work based on urgency and importance. This feature would make prioritization more intuitive and actionable.
I’d love to suggest adding an Eisenhower Matrix view to Akiflow to make prioritization and decision-making even faster and clearer.
Akiflow already excels at planning with the Upcoming view, time-blocking, and task organization. An Eisenhower Matrix would perfectly complement this by allowing users to visually categorize tasks based on importance and urgency:
Important & urgent
Important but not urgent
Urgent but not important (ideal for delegation)
Neither urgent nor important
This would make it much easier to quickly decide what to focus on, what to schedule, and what to delegate — especially since Akiflow already includes team features.
From a UX perspective, this could either:
exist as a separate view in the sidebar, or
be added as an additional view option within the Upcoming section.
This feature would strongly enhance Akiflow’s core strength: helping users plan ahead while staying clear on priorities.

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback and thoughtful suggestion, Tom! We really appreciate ideas like yours that help us improve Akiflow.
For the meantime, a workaround we can suggest is to check out our Eisenhower Matrix guide, which might help you implement this method using Akiflow:

We’ll also make sure your suggestion is passed along our product team for consideration in future updates.
