Hello! It would be awesome if when you create a time slot in your calendar and add tasks to that timeslot, it automatically calculate the total time your tasks are going to take and or how much time in that slot you have left over. It would also be nice if it indicated that you’ve planned too much within the timeslot.

Thanks so much for sharing this, Yonatan! That’s a really thoughtful suggestion. Being able to see the total minutes in a slot (and a gentle overbooked indicator) would definitely make planning much easier and remove a lot of manual checking.

Something like this… Like, if the slot could gently inform at least that it’s overbooked, that would be SO helpful. That way when I’m planning my day (or a slot) I don’t need a calculator to figure out how much time to allocate for tasks.
