Aki can now turn emails into actionable tasks automatically.

🔗 Go to Settings → AI Center → and connect your enabled addresses.

Once done, you will be able to reach out to aki@akiflow.com directly from the email accounts you have enabled.

Forward flight confirmations, event invitations, or any email with dates and details, and Aki will automatically create the corresponding task or event in your Akiflow.

⚠️ Note: Aki Email only processes emails where aki@akiflow.com is the primary recipient (To field). Emails sent via CC or BCC are not processed.

We removed the old “Group overlapping tasks” setting, which was created far before we had Time Slots in Akiflow.

What happens now if you overlap tasks in calendar?Aki now **bundles tasks scheduled at the same time into a single Time Slot **or suggests you to do so in 1 click.

Aki is now able to collect publicly available information from the internet.This is a first version of this feature and might hallucinate a bit, or it might return not the most recent news. Also, you might need to specify where you are (if you ask about news for example)

🗑️ Delete tasks

You can now delete via Aki, tasks created by Aki only. Tasks will be trashed and not permanently deleted. The trash is not accessible from Aki, but from the desktop or mobile apps.

🔁 Create and edit recurring tasks/events

Aki is not capable of creating recurring tasks and events with different types of recurrences. When asked to edit a task/event Aki will only edit single instances (like selecting “only this” from the element popup).
