Allow Forwarding Emails to Aki From Non-Integrated Accounts

Currently, forwarding emails to Aki works well for primary accounts that are fully integrated. However, there isn’t a way to add an external email address to the “Send Aki an Email” list unless it is one of the integrated accounts.

Use Case:

  • Create tasks

  • Add calendar entries

    Unique “Send-to-Akiflow” Email Address (Provider-Independent)

Provide each user with a unique Akiflow email address that allows tasks to be created by forwarding or sending emails—without requiring Gmail or Outlook integration.

I’m in the trial phase. Internet research indicated that manually forwarding emails to Akiflow was possible. As a consultant with primary and client domain email accounts, if there’s no efficient workaround for this, I may need to look for an alternative.
