Gmail: Import more information
When I look at my inbox in Akiflow and see my starred emails from Gmail, I'd like to see more than just the subject and the person who sent the email? I.e., I work with about 10 people who are all testing a prototype for my company, so all the subject lines for those emails are the same. If I could see at least 2-3 other names of people who were sent that email, that would be really helpful for this feature.

Apps should, IMO, provide services to export data.

Widget: Marking the task as done without having to open the app
It would be nice if users can mark a task as done in the widget section without requiring the app to be opened just to mark a task as Done.
MCP: add project_id filter to get_schedule
get_schedule returns tasks/events/timeslots over a date range but has no project_id (label) parameter. Its only filters today are entities, overdue_mode, completed_mode, sort, and a filters object (guests / priority / duration / all-day). Fix: an optional project_id (or project_ids[]) filter on get_schedule, alongside the existing filters, to enable per-project task pulls. get_task already covers single-id reads — the gap is for "all open tasks for one project."

When a task flyout is open, Allow use of keyboard shortcut like Someday. Super weird that i have to close the flyout window, and then re-select the task in the list before i can use the keyboard shortcut!
Mobile widget optimization
It would helpful too be able to see today’s date instead of just “today” while looking at the mobile widget.
Add Option to Open Full Calendar from Widget
Currently, the Akiflow widget shows the upcoming events for the day, but it would be helpful to have a button that opens the full calendar directly from the widget. This would allow users to quickly check their availability for future dates (e.g., “Are you free next Thursday at 3 pm?”).
Dynamic Mobile/iOS Lock Screen widget
The current lock screen widget is great but would be good if the ‘Upcoming’ changes to ‘Current’ when a task/event is currently happening & back to ‘Upcoming’ when the next task/event hasn’t started yet. Minor change but would make the widget feel more responsive.

Akiflow Assistant That Reads Emails and WhatsApp Messages to Suggest Tasks
I’d love to have an Akiflow assistant that can automatically read my emails and WhatsApp messages to suggest or create tasks based on the content. For example, if someone sends me a message like “Can you send me that report tomorrow?”, the assistant could detect it and suggest creating a task for that.
